1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CXassist ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

CXassist is an AI-powered email reply and inbox management platform that works with Gmail, Outlook, and IMAP email accounts. The Service includes AI email drafting, inbox categorization, integrations with third-party services, and related features. Feature availability depends on your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all connected email accounts. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@cxassist.io.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CXassist for: • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email • Impersonating another person or entity • Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the AI model

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Scale) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are in USD. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with up to 100 AI replies. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

CXassist generates email drafts using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing all email drafts before sending and for any decisions or actions taken based on AI responses.

8. Integrations

CXassist integrates with third-party services including Slack, HubSpot, Stripe, and Shopify. Use of these integrations is subject to the third-party provider's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling.

9. Intellectual Property

CXassist and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CXassist and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Your training data and email content remain your property.

10. Limitation of Liability

CXassist is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CXassist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
