What is CXassist and what does it do?

CXassist is an AI assistant for your inbox. After you train the AI with your own content, it will reference it in all responses to your prospects and customers, ensuring a timely and accurate response.

How does CXassist use AI to respond to emails?

We leverage the latest AI technology by allowing it to read and answer your emails the same way that a human would, based on the information you train it with. It has specific personas that it can leverage to provide a variety of approaches in its responses.

What are pre-set personas and how do they work?

There are 3 pre-set personas: Generalist, Support, and Sales. The Generalist will not have any specific approach to how it handles responses, and will be neutral in its disposition. The support persona will be more customer centric, empathetic and focused on the needs of the customer. The Sales persona will leverage sales best practices and direct the prospect or customer to action.

Why do you need a credit card for the free plan?

In order to reduce spam and fraud within our application and with Gmail services, we require a valid credit card to be entered for use of the service.

How do I set up CXassist to manage my email account?

It’s simple! All you have to do is sign in with your Google account, provide permission when prompted, train CXassist with your business content, and turn it on. You can also change any settings you’d like before turning it on. You can also toggle it on and off at any time.

What email providers are supported by CXassist?

Today, we support Google email accounts - both business and personal.

How do I train CXassist with my own training material?

You can upload your content under the “Train” section. We support .pdf, .txt, and .csv. You can upload things like product whitepapers, price lists, process documents, FAQ’s of your own, and more.

Can CXassist handle multiple email accounts?

Each CXassist account can handle one email account. For example, you may have a single email account for support, such as support@company.com that you use for an entire department, which CXassist can support. Or, you can use your own individual account if you’d like to run it on your personal inbox.

Can I set specific rules for how CXassist handles different types of emails?

Yes, you can. You have the ability to exclude certain domains, and also specific labels within your Gmail account. Excluding specific domains allows you to exclude your own company domain for example, so that you’re not using CXassist to respond to your coworkers. You also have ultimate flexibility with the support of labels -  you can create your own rules in Gmail that add a label to emails that meet your specific conditions, and have emails with those labels ignored. This ensure that you have ultimate control over how CXassist behaves.

How do I ensure that sensitive information in my emails is protected?

We only use your email information via API with Google and OpenAI, and do not sell or share your information. We abide by the privacy and compliance set by Google and OpenAI

What happens if CXassist receives an email that it cannot accurately respond to?

It will send it to the specific email address you’ve provided in the human override setting. It will forward the email to this specific address for notification and handling.

Can CXassist handle attachments in emails?

It cannot read attachments in email currently.

Can I integrate CXassist with other tools or services (e.g., CRM systems, ticketing systems)?

Today, CXassist only works with Gmail (personal and business).

What if I want to reply to an email personally instead of using CXassist?

You can set the interval on when CXassist runs to a longer duration, such as 1 or 2 hours. This may give you enough time to manually respond to emails you’d prefer to give a more personal touch to.

How can I provide feedback on the responses that CXassist generates?

How is CXassist different from other email automation tools?

Other email automation tools still require you to do some drafting, proof-reading, and are not trained on your own content. CXassist cuts out the need to spend mental cycles on email, and instead frees you up to do your best work.

Are there any limitations on the volume of emails that CXassist can process?

For personal accounts, we limit sending to 5,000 emails per month. For business accounts, we limit sending to 25,000 emails per month. If you need more volume than 50,000, please contact support@cxassist.io

We have a free trial plan that allows for 15 emails so that you can trial the service, a personal plan designed for individuals and solopreneurs, and a business plan designed for entire departments (sales, support, or general).
